It depends on the type of treatment. My sister is an aesthetician at a spa and she does several different kinds of body treatments. At the spa she works at most of the scrubs are done on a table. I’ve been there a few times for body treatments too and I was always on a table. When I’ve had scrubs or wraps I was fully naked but they kept my butt under a towel and would move it to cover my lower front parts when I was on my back, but my breasts were bare because usually they are putting stuff on your chest. Most of the time I get treatments my sister is the one who gives them to me and I don’t even bother with the towel over my butt. She does my bikini waxing, so there’s nothing there she hasn’t seen before. Some spas have mud baths or mineral baths. The clothing policy varies from spa to spa. It’s best to call first before you go.
